設立の目的
中部ケア協同組合はインドネシアを中心とした、介護事業に特化した外国人技能実習生共同受入機関です。
日本が取り巻く人手不足の環境は年々深刻化しており、とりわけ、介護事業においては今後継続が困難になることが現実味を帯びてきています。
そんな時代の中外国人技能実習生を受け入れる受け皿になることで日本の介護業界の維持、発展、技能実習生が日本で学んだことを母国に持ち帰ることで母国や本人にとってプラスになるといった相互扶助の精神に基づき、当組合を設立いたしました。
組合員一丸となり、外国人技能実習生を含めサポートし、課題解決ができるように、人材育成・教育・技術移転に取り組んでまいります。
